We roast our own beans in small batches. Every bag is sourced from farms we trust, where people are paid fairly and the land is treated well. We are not perfect about it, but we are deliberate.
Our story
A corner for coffee and calm
St. George Cafe started in 2019 with a simple idea: make great coffee, keep things simple, and leave room for people to be.
St. George Cafe is a specialty coffee bar in St. George, Utah, roasting its own beans in small batches and open seven days a week.
How we roast
Light to medium. We want you to taste the origin, not the roast. Our single-origin rotates monthly, so ask at the counter or check the menu for what is fresh.
About the name
The fern brings a little green into the room. The filter represents our work: turning good coffee into something worth slowing down for.
